Emergency Services
Emergency happiness: Our New E.R. is open!
It’s not easy to make people happy during a medical emergency. But our doctors and nurses find a way. In fact, our patient satisfaction scores rank our E.R. among the most highly rated in the nation.
Our E.R. is staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians. Even better, you won’t wait long to see them: our door-to-doctor time averages less than 15 minutes. We’re the only E.R. in the area that can say that.
Expertise you can trust
For kids:
Our E.R. is an Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP). This means we’re equipped to provide the highest level of care for kids of all ages.
For chest pain and stroke:
Our E.R. is an accredited Chest Pain Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center, recognizing our expertise in diagnosing and treating heart attack and stroke symptoms.
Environment
We’re home to the newest E.R. on the lakefront. Take a look at our new E.R.
Our new E.R. features a soothing, specially engineered décor designed to keep the emergency department as quiet and comfortable as possible. We added a comfortable family lounge area with wireless capabilities, glass doors and blinds in each suite to honor your privacy and a fast-track observation area for patients who need to get in, get treated and get back home to their lives as quickly and comfortably as possible.
